RETURNING GOODS

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you can return or exchange the item within 10 days of date of order, subject to certain criteria. Requests to return goods after 10 days from date of order will be declined.

Items returned must be fully tagged, in original wrapping and in an unworn, re-saleable condition. Items must not be marked or contain odours, such as perfume or cigarette smoke. Items received which arrived damaged, distorted or laundered, contain insufficient postage, or are not in a new or unused condition will be returned to you at your expense.

Shoes or boots must be returned in original boxes and have been tried on carpeted surfaces and soles must remain unmarked or scratched in any way as these will be refused for return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

At present we do not allow large multiple choice orders, and an administration fee of £1.50 per item will be charged if 3 or more items are returned from the same shipment.

The cost of returning goods is your responsibility and at the present time we do not offer a free returns service.

Items purchased with a Free Postage Offer, and subsequently returned, will have the cost of postage deducted from any refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

There will be an option to return an item alongside your order which will remain for 10 days from date of order. You will need to log into your account and select 'Order History'. Click the relevant order and tick the box alongside the item to be returned. Using the drop down menu underneath select your return options. You will then need to wait for an authorisation email to say your return has been accepted, print off the returns slip and enclose this with your item. Goods need to be received within 7 days from authorisation. Goods received after this period of time will be refused. You will be notified when goods are received, have been inspected and refunds are processed if approved.

Items are your responsibility until they are received by us. Please ensure goods are safely packaged for transit as we are not responsible for items damaged on arrival and you also obtain a Certificate of Posting and purchase adequate insurance for the full value of the parcel when returning items back to us as this will assist you in the event of loss or damage in the postal system.

Refunds will only be processed on items returned within the requested timescale of 7 days from authorisation.

Once your goods have safely passed inspection refunds will be made back to the original payment card used to pay for the order and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible for us to check stock. If stock is available your original method of payment will be charged a fee of £3.50.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please remember that if shipping a return back to us from a country outside the EU, that customs information must be included on the parcel together with the wording – “GOODS FROM THE UK BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE”

We are not responsible for customs duties imposed on items being returned and if charged, this cost will be deducted from any refund.

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND

Certain items are not returnable, such as latex wear, bodystockings, hosiery, swimwear, briefs, thongs, lingerie sets including briefs/thongs for hygiene reasons.

Any item purchased at Sale Price or marked and purchased as Faulty are not elligble for return.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you have received is faulty please contact us by email within 2-3 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items as faulty if they have had their garment tags removed or appear to have been worn , so to avoid any disappointment we recommend that you fully inspect goods before removing tags or wearing them.

Upon contacting us please explain the nature of the fault, so we can assess what action is required. We will then advise you (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends or Bank Holidays,) on how to proceed with the return.
